Although Mr and Mrs Smith are aware of all aspects of the design and making of their bedroom furniture, (except for the part where we decide to scrap and remake a set of facets with too strong a figure; oh, and the part where we make the decision to remove and polish every piece of aluminium inlay to an even shinier finish), and visited the workshop to see their pieces in progress, we're always excited on delivery day. Will the furniture be what they expected?
